Summer Heights is quite simply one of the most affordable Tortola rental villas, particularly for larger groups. Nestled into the hillside at Havers on the southern slopes of Tortola, BVI this luxury villa has expansive, panoramic views that are simply breathtaking. A genuine Caribbean holiday home managed with care and concern to ensure your vacation is simply the best!

Since we have lived in the British Virgin Islands for almost 30 years, it was with insight and experience that we carefully chose where to build. We definitely wanted to be on the island of Tortola for its shops, restaurants, ferries, airport and the 'happening' events. Of course, Anegada, Virgin Gorda and Jost Van Dyke are just an easy daytrip away. The north side of the island has the best beaches but also the most rain. We chose to avoid the mosquitoes, mildew and sand flies and accept the 12 minute ride to the beach. In fact from Havers everywhere on the island is so easily accessible.

Summer Heights is a relaxed and restful haven, where you can happily spend precious time with friends and family alike. Please come visit and see for yourself!

1 to 8 persons sleep in the 4 king bedded suites in the Main Villa.
1 to 10 persons sleep 5 king bedded suites which includes the Turtle Dove Suite, a separate air-conditioned king suite off the pool, opposite the Main Villa.
A group of 12 people will include both the Turtle Dove Suite and the kid's loft above.
When your rental is less than 5 bedrooms, the Turtle Dove Suite can be included for a $490 per week supplement.

All rental rates are based on two persons per bedroom and are subject to change.
The suite to the east of the pool is only included when all five suites are rented. This king suite has an additional twin bedded room - best suited for children or for setting up a nursery. Both share the one bathroom.
Normal rentals are 7 nights but shorter stays are considered.
A 10-night minimum rate is required for dates that include both Xmas and NY in one rental.
A 4-wheel drive rental car or jeep is recommended for Summer Heights rentals
