Perhaps it isn't impossible, but it's certainly difficult to find a lovely villa where all the rooms and terraces face the splendid see of Praiano.
This villa is also well furnished so a holiday here becomes a dream. The villa, built on 3 levels, is approached by fifty small steps which lead from the main road.
On the second level there is a large terrace with deckchairs and umbrellas and a hanging garden! Shops at approx. 100 metres.
May we remind you that Praiano is approx. 3 km from Positano and can easily be reached by bus and so can Amalfi.
Villa on three floors:
ground floor: small sitting room with 2 beds, double bedroom, shower room and small terrace. (all panoramic).
An internal staircase leads to the first floor which comprises: a large living room - kitchen fully equipped, a small terrace and a large terrace with hanging garden. (all panoramic).
On the second floor there is a double bedroom, bathroom and large terrace with hanging garden (all panoramic). Sleeps 4. With bed settee 6.
