The very nice apartment is located in a small and quiet lane in the famous quarter Bairro Alto very close to the palace of Parliament and the Rua Sao Bento, Lisbons first address for antiques. Most of the sights are withing walking distance, the church Sao Roque, the famous Fado houses, the Chiado square and the Rossio square. The nice quarter offers a very interesting mixture between tradition and little design shops. In the neighborhood you have also a bakery and a lot of very good restaurants and cafes. The completely renovated residence is situated on the groundfloor in an Baroque old town house of the 17th century. The apartment is divided in one bedroom, a living and dining-room, a very nice bathroom and a complete equipped kitchen.
Upon your arrival you receive the apartment key from Mr. Jorge. He is waiting for you at the apartment and he shows you everything.

The rent is valid for a reservation of two adults. Each further adult pays 20 EUR per night (max. 4 persons). Children up to 9 years paying 10 EUR per night. When booking we kindly ask for a deposit of 100 EUR. This sum counts as a rental retreat fee up to 30 days before the rent starts. From 30 days before the beginning of the rent the rental retreat fee is the complete rental rate, if we cannot find a substitute.
Cleaning fee of the apartment for 2 persons 40 EUR, for 3 persons 50 EUR and for 4 persons 60 EUR. Towels and bed-linen are provided. Electricity, gas and water are inclusive. |
