TEXAS - Corry's Guest House On Lake Fork -

Corry's Guest House has a private driveway plus a spacious, shaded side yard to accommodate the comfortable two bedroom, 1000 square feet guest lodging. Behind it is a 3 1/2 acre lighted, private park which includes a shaded picnic area, swings, a "Texas style" cooker, fire pit, and picnic tables (cooking and firewood is free).
An attractive wooden bridge crosses a small creek and leads to our sheltered cove. The cove funnels into Lake Fork and bass fishing unparalleled in the State of Texas. Arguably, unparalleled in the USA.

From our boathouse dock, the fishing can be great. Many catfish 10 to 20 pounds have been caught. Several nice bass up to 8 pounds and crappie up to 2 pounds have been landed there. Panfish abound in the cove during the summer months. Great crappie fishing seasonally awaits anglers just outside the cove under the 515 bridge. Professional bass and crappie guides are available.

Car rentals are available at DFW Airport in Dallas or Love Field Airport in Dallas. (75 miles)

Corry's Guest House Top Fisherman

What else can we tell you about Corry's Guest House? Tall oaks and hickories shade most of the grounds. Humming birds buzz our feeders from spring till fall. Woodpeckers, cardinals, blue birds, finches, doves, squirrels, and raccoons regularly accept the hospitality of our backyard treats. Occasionally we see deer in the woods, and there are beaver in the cove. My heart always beats faster when I experience a bald eagle gracing our sky.

Come visit with us. Stay a weekend, or stay a week. If you come, chances are that you will return again to the quiet, the warmth, the peaceful atmosphere of Corry's Guest House.
