Elba Island is the 3rd largest Island in Italy, where crystal clear waters,
breath taking scenary and romantic sunsets continue to amaze every traveler
that has the fortune to experience such beauty.
The villa is situated on the outskirts of Piombino and it is very easy to get to either by train or by car.
Villa San Rocco, thanks to it's great location is a perfect starting point
to visit such places as Florence, Pisa, Siena and for local tours to the local beauty of Tuscany.
La Villa
about 390 sqm, has a gorgeous garden with views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Island of Elba,
has an Organic vegetable garden with fruit trees,grapes and all the Italian's herbs
at your disposal.
Private car parking available for guest.
Dogs are welcome but we do not allow dogs to stay in bedrooms.
A confortable doggy house is available.

A Terrace where you can sit back and enjoy the sunsets and views.
