Take your dream vacation at La Cartolina Residence, a luxurious villa equipped with every comfort and beautiful views of Sorrento, Amalfi.
The villa also has stunning views of Vesuvio, Napoli .Villa built on three levels: On the first level there is a double bedroom en-suite with shower, another bedroom with 4 beds ,one double and two single or 4 single, en-suite with shower. Both bedrooms have a terrace/solarium with sea view equipped with sun beds and sun umbrella.The second level there is: living room with sofas, fire place, dining area, two large panoramic terraces equipped with sun beds, tables, chairs and sun umbrellas.On the third level there are: Other bedrooms en-suite with shower, air conditioning/heating, safety boxes and direct access to the panoramic garden .
All bedrooms have access to one of the panoramic terraces.There is room for 15 in the living room and 15 in the dining room.The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster.You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils and a second bathroom. From the kitchen there is access to one of the terraces which provides a wonderful backdrop to your delicious al fresco meals.The garden is equipped with a wooden gazebo furnished with benches and tables where delicious breakfasts, made with typical local products, are served.
Sleeps 10; on 12.The villa has parking on-site, with access via a short path, through a wooded area.The villa is in a very quiet area.It has a private swimming pool, a south facing garden, a west facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Water, electricity, gas, weekly cleaning and change of linen, three baby cots, satellite TV SAT, DVD, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, freezer, safety boxes, fridge-bar and hairdryer in each room. Parking space within 50 mt, air conditioning and heating, (6 hours a day in winter period). Above -ground swimming-pool . ( 20 sq metres )

Heating for more then 6 hours a day, daily cleaning, midweek change of linen, local chef for preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner made with typical local products and served in the villa.
