Only a 10 minute walk down the 'Gran Via' and 'La Calle de Alcalá' can take you to 'la Puerta del Sol' or 'Plaza Mayor'; heading in the opposite direction the guest can make his/her way to the 'Paseo de la Castellana', the 'Biblioteca Nacional' or to the 'Museo del Prado' at roughly 10 minutes.

The entrance is joined to a fully fitted independent kitchen containing a fridge, microwave, vitrocermic cooker and all cooking necesities.

From the long corridor with it's two huge windows you enter the living room area. This modern style furniture and flat screen TV with satellite and free internet access invites you to relax.

The double bedroom contains a wardrobe. The full moderm bathroom with a walk in shower and WC is beside.

The apartment is equipped with aircondition (cold/warm).
