This one bedroom apartment is situated in the centre of Madrid, in the edge of the two neighbourhoods : Chueca and Chamberí, very close to Gran Vía street and Fuencarral street, one of the most trendy streets of the capital.

The flat is ideally located very close to the tube station Tribunal and Bilbao, which will connect you with any point of Madrid. However, most of the tourist attractions can be easily reached by foot.

The building has a beautiful area on the roof with the swimming pool, the solarium, and the gym. There is a 24 hour concierge.

Without get the public transport we also can amount walking to the principal of the tourist attractions of the city.
