Our 3 bedroom, ground-floor condominium
at the south end of New Smyrna Beach is
is the perfect place to spend your holiday!
It's direct oceanfront location on the
quiet, no-driving section of the beach
affords a safe, family location with the most
difficult decision being "pool" or "beach"!!
Tennis, Shuffleboard, basketball and Beachfront Picnics
are just some of the things that you can enjoy right outside our front door.
And just a few steps to the north, south or west are beautiful parks for your enjoyment!
Our Dining Room faces the pool and the beach
and the Great Room and Kitchen have direct oceanfront views too!
In fact, these three "rooms" are one very large, comfortable area
where you can enjoy the big screen tv with high definition channels
The Master Bedroom, with it's own large private bathroom

The Queen Bedroom and Twin Bedroom
share the second bathroom which is conveniently located between them!

will need to prepare that "fresh caught" dinner at home!
