This 2-bedroom unit in PGA National sits right on the golf course, The Haig #10 fairway.
With a very short walk down the golf cart path, residents can dine at one of the many restaurants at the resort, including the famous Don Shula's Steakhouse, an upscale white tablecloth establishment with live entertainment, usually piano, every night.
The townhouse sits at the very back of the community with little traffic, offering a quiet setting. The kitchen is completely redone with new granite tops and sink, ceiling with recessed lighting, and new appliances. Double sliding glass doors across the entire family room open to the newly floored and screened porch with door, allowing access to the golf course and cart path. The huge loft master bedroom overlooks the family room and has sliding glass doors for privacy. The bathroom has a new shower and flooring. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and sliding glass doors that open to the private courtyard. The downstairs bath has been completely refurbished with new vanity and granite top. The garage has a new door opener and entry door to the courtyard. The unit is also just steps away from the heated community pool area.
The owner is also an avid fisherman and would be happy to let you in on all the great fishing hotspots the area has to offer, including the jumbo largemouth bass in the golf course lakes and loads of seatrout, snook, flounder, redfish, bluefish, spanish mackeral, jacks and tarpon in the flats within 20 minutes from PGA National.
