Hampstead Village Guesthouse.
We are located in one of the most beautiful areas of London, Hampstead.

Hampstead Village Guesthouse is a free-standing, Victorian house, beautifully proportioned and lovingly cared for.

Since it was built in 1873, it has been home to generations of families and a variety of interesting people, including the infamous Colonel Roberts and the London Mozart Players.

It is now the home of Annemarie van der Meer and her husband, Jim Conwell. Annemarie bought the house in 1978 and her children grew up here. Over the years, she has carried out extensive renovations, always using the existing character of the house as her inspiration.

Modern amenities have been sensitively blended with an unusual collection of antique and hand-made furniture to create a uniquely beautiful interior where each room has its own character. Guests respond to the informal atmosphere and many return, feeling that Hampstead Village Guesthouse – five minutes walk from Hampstead Tube station - is their base in London.

During the summer months, you can relax and take a leisurely breakfast in our mature garden. Your room will include a small fridge; a kettle, with tea and coffee; direct-dial telephone; remote-control TV; hairdryer, hot water bottle, iron and ironing board.

We serve a full English breakfast from 8.00 am (9.00 at weekends) until late. We are very flexible: you can have breakfast here some times, all the time, or not at all and you can even invite your own guests to join you.

We have a strict No Smoking policy in the house. Guests are welcome to smoke in the garden and though some smoking guests are happy to do this, others do not feel comfortable with the rule.

Parking:
All parking in the area is charged from 9am to 8pm every day except Sunday. If you wish to bring a car, we charge ten pounds per full day or divisions of that for shorter periods.

Infos complémentaires : A double room with private facilities (toilet and shower/bath) costs GBP 90 and with shared facilities, GBP 75. A single room with private facilities costs GBP 70 and with shared facilities, GBP 60 and a small single room with shared facilities, costs GBP 50. In addition we have a self contained studio flat comprising one very large room with its own kitchen, shower and toilet: GBP 95 for 1 person, GBP 125 for 2, GBP 145 for 3, GBP 160 for 4 or GBP 170 for 5. All these prices are for accommodation only. We do serve a full English breakfast at GBP 7, which is served from 8.00 am (9.00 at weekends) until late.
