This nice and comfortable apartment is situated in Lisbons cosy old town quarter Campo de Ourique. The apartment is only some steps away from the tram station of the famous No. 28, nearby of the old cemetery Prazeres. You will find in the neighborhood the museum Fernando Pessoa, Lisbons beautiful garden Jardin de Estrela and the baroque church Estrela. In 10 min. by tram you will reach the famous quarter Bairro Alto. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of an old town house from the 19th century. The apartment is divided in a big living and dining-room, 2 sleeping rooms and a complete equipped kitchen with a nice veranda. The bathroom has a bathtube and a bidet. All rooms have a fine wooden floor..

Upon your arrival you receive the apartment keys from our housekeeper Dona Delminda.

The rent is valid for a reservation of two adults. Each further adult pays 20 EUR per night (up to 6 persons). Children up to 9 years paying 10 EUR per night. When booking we kindly ask for a deposit of 100 EUR. This sum counts as a rental retreat fee up to 30 days before the rent starts. From 30 days before the beginning of the rent the rental retreat fee is the complete rental rate, if we cannot find a substitute.

Cleaning fee of the apartment for 2 persons is 40 EUR, every further person + 10 EUR.
Towels and bed-linen are provided. Electricity, gas and water are inclusive.
