Bienvenue

MUNICH BED & BREAKFAST
We are located in the Southeast of Munich, near the Trade Fair center and two large shopping malls. The historical city centre of Munich is approximately 30 min away and can be reached with very convenient means of public transport.

We are a Dutch/Brazilian couple (Jan and Fatima) who have lived in Munich for the last 16 years. We have a big friendly dog by the name of Obelix.

The rooms:

We offer two rooms to our guests. One of the rooms is a spacious one (40 sqm), located in the attic of the house, fully-furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, big sofa, fridge and a cable TV. The room is very cozy, comfortable and perfect for two people. There is however enough room for 3 (1 extra mattress available).

The second room is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. It is smaller but very bright and welcoming. The bathroom with WC and bath is shared with the hosts. A washing machine is available for use in the cellar. Guests are welcome to use the comfortable living room which is equipped with a TV and the garden verandah. Free Internet access is available for guests' convenience

All occupancy rates are subject to change. Check out time is 12:00 at the latest. A deposit of 50% of the price is required to secure your reservation. In the event of a cancellation please note that only 25% of the deposit will be reimbursed.

No minimum stay required. Smoking is only allowed outside the house. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guest pets since we have a male dog in house. Children are welcome. Childcare can be arranged on request.
