The location
These fantastically located apartments comes along with a great view over berlin from the top floor (12th and 24th). Directly at Hackescher Markt, it is sourrounded by a lot of Berlins attractions.
As the Museumsinsel with the Pergamonmuseum, the Berliner Dom, Hackesche Hoefe, Lustgarten, gallerys, cafés, bars, restaurants, clubs and shops.
As well Alexanderplatz, Oranienburger Strasse and Friedrichsstrasse are reachable within a short walk.
The apartment on the 24th floor
This apartment (approx. 30 sqms) is lovingly planned to its details, so you will feel like at home. The large double bed (160 cm, including fresh bedcovers at arrival) was enhightend by platform to provide you have free sight over Berlin even while staying in bed. An additional bed is stored under the platform.
The combined sleeping/ living room is equipped with everthing you need to relax, clothes rail, table and chairs, flat screen TV with DVD-player, radio alarm clock with CD-deck.
The kitchen provides besides stove with oven, sink unit, refrigerator with freezin compartment, all necessarities (e.g. water boiler, coffee machine, toaster, tableware, kitchenware, knifes, forks and spoons, pots and pans, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and sugar).
The modern bathroom is equipped with bathtub, towels, hair dryer and automatic ventilation.
Fresh flowers make your welcome-to-berlin perfect.
There are no pictures of the apartment on the 12th floor at the moment. It is available from the end of April.
