Additional Charges

From the 1st of July 2000, we are required by law to charge a Goods and Services Tax (GST) on all rentals. Approx charges are as follows:

1 bedroom - $8 p/w, 2 bedroom - $12 p/w and 3 bedroom - $14 p/w

Additional rates may applicable at various times of the year.

An exit cleaning charge is payable on vacation of the apartment.

There are currently 3 bus routes that service Rhodes � routes 458, 459 and 461 which all operate along Concord Road .

Bus route 458 & 459 - Burwood/Strathfield to Ryde

Bus route 461 - Sydney CBD to Ryde

State Rail Trains


Rhodes railway station is a short 5-minute walk from anywhere in Rhodes Waterside. The station is located on State Rail's northern (red) line and runs to major stations such as Hornsby, Epping, Strathfield and Sydney CBD.

Strathfield station is only two stops from Rhodes and provides connecting routes to other important business centres like Parramatta , Chatswood. South western Sydney and Countrylink services.
Sydney Ferries


Meadowbank ferry wharf is located on the northern bank of the Parramatta River and only a 15 minute walk across Ryde Bridge from Waterside. This service operates between Parramatta and Circular Quay offering a beautiful cruise to Sydney Harbour or back to Sydney 's second CBD Parramatta.
