Vineyard Cottage

Comfort, calm and authenticity. A typical 53m2 vineyard cottage lovingly restored and decorated in the countryside of Hungary, 60 minutes drive from Budapest.

This charming cottage interior is arranged on three levels. There are two double bedrooms, one located on the ground floor with a queen-size four poster bed.

Upstairs the main bedroom (off which there is a small balcony with candle lanterns, two chairs, small table and wonderful views is perfect for sipping wine), has a king-size wrought iron bed.

On the mid-level is an ample size bathroom, with full bath, wash basin, wine barrel shower and loo. Lashings of hot water, robes, lavender soaps and lavender bubble bath.

Downstairs there is a cozy living room and we recently converted the wine cellar into the kitchen with a window, there is a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as plenty of crockery and cooking utensils.

A private wooden deck with seating leads down to a large lawn, complete with barbecue, hammock hanging under the walnut trees, outdoor dining table and chairs, parasol and lovely views of the vines, fruit trees and lavender.

- Breakfast Baskets including: home baked bread, homemade jam, fresh village eggs, bacon, tomatoes, yogurt, orange juice, milk, butter
8,000 HUF (approx. 30 EUR) per basket, enough for two persons, for two mornings. Top ups of any items available on request and priced accordingly. If you require a basket for one morning only the minimum price is 6,000 HUF (20 EUR).

- Home cooked two course evening meals are available for 14,000 HUF (50 EUR) for two, which are delivered to your cottage with a minimum of 24 hour notice.

- Daily housekeeping is available with prior notice at 1.500 HUF (5 EUR) / hour. Washing laundry services available.

- Complimentary pick up service from the village bus stop, should you be arriving or departing by bus.
