This apartment is located in an area called Manilla, just below Avenida Poblado.

The area is an upcoming neighborhood and has a cozy area with several restaurants and bars. But you are just a 15-minute walk from Parque Lleras and the Zona Rosa. When you need groceries just walk to the supermarket Exito 10 minutes away or Carulla 7 minutes away.

The apartment is open planned and with the entrance, you walk straight into the kitchen and to the left, you have the living room with big windows and an awesome view over the western part of El Poblado. The bedroom is located just next to the living room and has windows facing the same direction and with a big plasma TV. There is a sofabed in the living room good if you have guests or if you are more people.

There are a good and stable internet, cable TV and landline phone in the apartment.
