VILLA VIVIANA A WONDERFUL B&B IN VERSILIA

On the luxuriant coast of Versilia, the green jewel of the Mediterranean, in Marina di Pietrasanta, amidst the untamed woods so beloved of the poet Gabriele d'Annunzio, a stone's throw from the sea (350 metres), stands Villa Viviana, an elegant Bed & Breakfast with all the comforts you need for an unforgettable stay surrounded by nature and tranquillity.

Thanks to its unusual architecture, more reminiscent of a house in Bel Air than a traditional Versilia-style seaside property, Villa Viviana is perfect for anyone who wants both comfort and refinement. The house was initially intended by its owners to be a summer residence and comes equipped with all those special touches to pamper our guests and make them feel right at home, but with the luxury of a swimming pool, a sun terrace, a library, an open fire in the living room and bedrooms with a view over the garden. Particular attention has been paid to the garden, which is packed with beautiful plants. Its roses and rare and exotic plants show that the owners are keen travellers to far-flung destinations.

The large pool stands in front of the main entrance, adding to the Hollywood atmosphere of the villa and helping you make the most of both hot sunny days and starry nights. The white marble interiors make for a wonderful feeling of light and their cool shades contrast with the sun-drenched colour schemes of the furnishings.

The style in Villa Viviana is classical yet up to the minute, both neutral and warm, bringing together tradition and innovation. In another guise, it is also a small yet delightful art gallery, displaying the works of several contemporary artists, chief amongst whom is Lorenzo Filomeni, the painter and sculptor known as Lofilo.
All the en suite rooms have large windows or balconies overlooking the garden and since Villa Viviana is aware of issues of environmental protection and energy conservation, guests can use the convenient and quiet remote-controlled ceiling fans to cool down in summer. Pool with diving board, luxuriant garden with the palms, holm oaks and pine trees typical of the Versilia Riviera.
Guests can use the outdoor bathroom by the pool with its hot shower, WC, basin and changing room. There is a shower to use before getting in the pool just by the diving board and ladder. The garden, the sun terrace and the pool have recliners and parasols for you to relax and enjoy the Versilia sunshine in perfect peace.
