Placed in a barycentric area between the Etna mount and the sea, in the quiet and the smell of zagara, from the richness of the past architecture of Tagliaborsa you rapidly reach some of the most evocative and patronized tourist localities of the ionic coast: Taormina, the Alcantara throats, the town of Catania, Acireale famous for its baroque churches and Milo to the slapes of the volcano.
The hospitality:
The rural building go back to the 1700 area composed of five rooms from which one of it is adapted to give hospitality to people with handicaps.Each room is provided with indipendente toilet, air conditioned and television. The surroundings are very cured and reflect the distinctive style of the old sicilian country-houses. Thes ideboard,become a room where to have your breakfast and the famous artisans ice-creams beside the wine-press witness of an ancient culture to preserve.
A biologic citrus plantation and fruit trees constitude the agricultural
cultures of the land property where guests can directly pick up from fruit,
blearing plants citrus fruit,figs, walnuts, feijoe, or summer fruit.
How to reach us : from the motorway Catania/Messina go out to Giarre and immediately to the left in the direction of Macchia; reached the square of Macchia,cross the little bridge(in front of the Agip petrol pump) and follow the indications for San Giovanni Montebello.Go along to about 400 mtetres.Arrived to a very large curve take the cross road to the right to "Tagliaborsa"( it is Salvo D'Acquisto street). Go along to 150 metres until number 15/A.
