Badia Fiorentina Bed & Breakfast is located in the heart of Florence, between the old little squares and streets around Palazzo Vecchio and the Dome. In this street, where Dante Alighieri lives and met his inspiring muse, Beatrice Portinari, You can still imagine the life from the 13 Th century in Florence.
The museums, Uffizi, the Galleria of Academia, the Bargello are reachable within a few minutes walk. For the more qualified shopping, the distances don't change, around us there are the better shops of F., and the same is about the restaurants, the cafes, and the Tea-rooms where you can have a lot of happy time with the specialties of the Tuscany cuisine.
The airport is within a 15 Mt. taxi ride as well as the Train Station.
Badia Fiorentina Bed & Breakfast, restructured recently, is at the first floor of an ancient palace. It is furnished with somber and elegant flavor, offers a gallery of famous paintings, and the guests can find a first-rate confort. The 6 rooms (2 superior, 2 classic, and 2 singles), located in the indoor of the building, are luminous and quiet. We have orthopedic beds, private baths, and telephones and air conditioning. The hair dryers and safety box are available upon request. We offer a breakfast buffet with a various assortment that is confortable for the Italian and the foreign taste, too; we offer also a careful assistance in the Italian, English and French languages, with booking services for museums, restaurants and precious suggestions to discover the less known F.
