With easy access, but off the road, this very private 3000 sq ft home on 4 acres offers nearly a mile of deserted, sandy beach front, with excellent snorkeling, diving, kayaking, from your own backyard, yet protected by reef. Enjoy the cool ocean breeze, peace and quiet, with expansive ocean-front views from your covered porch. If you want to forego the ocean breeze, one can always use the air conditioning. Every amenity is here to satisfy the most discriminating vacationer and also complete privacy. Cell phone service is excellent. Bring your Smart Phone, Tablet, I pod or Nano for connection to the TV and Bose stereo for your pleasure and personal music, movies and photos. DSL and Direct TV including WiFi for your convenience.

If you stay for 2 weeks there is a 20% discount on the second week. Additional nights are $500 per night. If you would like the monthly rate, multiply the weekly rate times 3.

A refundable one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) damage/reservation deposit is required when booking. Thirty days prior to arrival, the entire fee for rental is due. The original one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) damage/reservation deposit will remain until the property has been cleaned and inspected for damage and long distance phone charges deducted. THERE ARE NO CLEANING FEES OR TAXES ON THIS PRICING. NO SMOKING PLEASE. The remainder of the one thousand dollar ($1,000.00) deposit will then be returned to the renter within 15 days.
