This one bedroom apartment is on 2nd floor in a walk-up building. The apartment boasts beautiful furniture including a classy dining table and 4 of dining chairs, a flat TV(26 inch). The atmosphere is heightened further by the gorgeous chandelier. You will find many different types of the pictures on wall of the apartment, giving it a more artistic feel.
The kitchenette is slightly separated from main living room, giving it the feel of a whole kitchen, a rarity in the Manhattan area. The full sized kitchen comes equipped with an oven, stove top, microwave, refrigerator, cabinets, coffee maker, necessary kitchenware.
It is provided with high speed cabled internet access. It can accommodate up to 3 tenants with a queen sized bed, and a twin sized sofa bed.

The East Village encompasses the neighborhood of Alphabet City (Avenues A - D). The neighborhood is bounded by 14th Street on the north, Avenue D on the east, Houston Street on the south, and the Bowery and 3rd Avenue on the west.
