This was our third time staying at the Dell of Abernethy. The cottage was perfect; welcoming, well-equipped with everything you'd need, and with a real cosy character. Sitting outside we were able to watch the resident red squirrels and spotted loads of wildlife in the woods around the House, including deer. The location is also the perfect setting to explore the best of the Highlands, even after three visits of a week each time, we are still finding more to explore from this base. If you're after a relaxing break in the most beautiful setting then here is just perfect. Stayed May 2016, travelled as a couple

we have been here several times, the experience is always so great we keep coming back for more. the houses, the hosts, the environment, the detail, the nature, make it a perfect stay, for us, a family of four, and friends. we know there are other beautiful places in Scotland we should visit, and we will, but meanwhile... this house is still our number one place to get away from routine, to reconnect to the beauty of life and give the children a magical time. thank you Polly and Ross for such a wonder.
