Located in heart of Temple Bar, Dublin's Cultural Quarter and named after Oliver St John Gogarty (1878- 1957) friend of James Joyce and W.B. Yeats, Gogarty was a poet, a writer, one of the most prominent Dublin wits, and for some time a political figure of the Irish Free State.
