This ground floor apartment, part of an over 100 year old building is protected by a conservation law of Madrid as it is found in the historical area of Madrid.

The duplex loft apartment of 60m2 has undergone recent restoration ( June 2004 ) and you can now admire the beauty of the original wooden beams and its stone walls.

On the lower level you will find a living room with a single sofa bed and a large dining room with a window looking out onto the tranquil street the apartment is on. The open plan kitchen is equipped with all the mod coms and a large bedroom with a single bed has an ensuite bathroom with shower.

On the upper level there is delightful room with a double bed, bathroom with shower and a chill out zone where you can relax or if required room for another person on the single bed and area which can be divided by drawing the curtains provided
