We have named our vacation home, "The Courtyard", it is built in a square around an open air courtyard/atruim in the center of the home.
At night a beautiful view of the lights on the strip.
A unique design, with an eclectic southwestern/mexican motif.
The location is southeast of Las Vegas and across the street
from a semi-private golf course. Twenty minutes from the strip, this vacation home is easy access to the freeway and all the major attractions.
It is in a residential area that is private, quiet and safe with lots of parking.
The home is 2500 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, plus Media Center 3rd bedroom (Den), 2 full baths and 2 half baths it can accommodate 8 people comfortably without disturbing each other.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with a walk through dressing room, a large executive bathroom with a garden tub and a separate shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom down the hall. Both bedrooms are large.
The media center (den) has a double hide-a-bed sofa sleeper with a half a bath; it does have a door that can be closed for privacy.
The living room has a queen hide-a-bed sofa sleeper and the lucky guests that get the living room will enjoy the waterfall and fireplace with a view of the lights of the strip.
The home has a private pool and spa.
This is a whole home rental and not shared with others.
The home is custom built and unusually decorated, not the norm.
Lots of privacy in the home and in the backyard around the pool.
There is nothing like having a glass of wine or your favorite beverage in the living room with its vaulted cedar-wood ceiling and the atmosphere of the fireplace with the front curtains open, viewing the breath taking sunsets and watching the beautiful lights of the strip come to life.
During your stay, you'll encounter an unheard of level of privacy, convenience, and value. Just think, No crowds. No noise. No neon. It's an accommodation experience like no other that offers unmatched value.
We have tried to supply you with everything that you will need to have a memorable and stress free vacation.
A pet-friendly home which features a convenient "large doggy door", that leads out to the fenced backyard.
Smoking is allowed outside only.
For the golfers, tee times can be arranged at any of the golf courses across the Vegas Valley.
