Belcamp-Hutchinson was built in 1786 and takes its name from its original owner Francis Hely-Hutchinson, 3rd Earl of Donoughmore.
Quietly unobserved in it's 4 acres of garden including the newly restored walled garden with it's circular maze, Belcamp-Hutchinson is only 15 minutes drive from the centre of Ireland's capital city, fifteen minutes from Dublin Airport and five minutes from one of Ireland's oldest and prettiest villages – Malahide.
Belcamp-Hutchinson is a Georgian house, built primarily as a family home, it features many ornately handsome characteristics, still retained today in their original style. Its generous size rooms and high ceilings all bespeak a more gracious era.
The present owner, Count Karl Waldburg in his determination to preserve Belcamp-Hutchinsons' simple beauty took tremendous care during its recent refurbishment to ensure that the work was carried out with the greatest sensitivity, uniting the old elegance of the house with its modern amenities. Doreen Gleeson, Karl's business partner, is therefore, proud to offer guests the most up-to-date facilities in a setting unspoilt by the passage of time.

Bedrooms are very comfortable, with thoughtfully appointed bathrooms and views over the gardens and countryside. Although its convenient location makes this an ideal place to stay on arrival or when leaving Ireland, a one-night stay won’t do justice to this lovely and hospitable place.
No dinner is served, but the restaurants (and good shopping) of Malahide are nearby.
