Lucerne is a heritage listed property, established between 1859 and 1862 and believed to be the oldest privately owned residence in Brisbane, Queensland.

The property was named Lucerne after the town and lake in Switzerland.


The refurbished coach-house comprises a queen-size bedroom, sitting room (with home theatre system), bathroom and kitchenette.
The cottage has similar facilities to the coach-house and is also accessible by wheelchair and suitable for persons with limited mobility.
Lucerne is within easy walking distance of Suncorp Stadium and the restaurants of Park Rd and Rosalie, less than 3km to Queen St and centrally located to Brisbane Grammar School and hospitals.

Other facilities: Laundry (including clothes dryer), BBQ (gas and electric) and off-street parking.

Tariff: From $130 per night per couple. Discounts are available for stays of three or more nights.

Breakfast: The tariff includes a self-serve continental breakfast comprising a selection of cereals, bread, preserves, condiments and fresh milk, fruit and juice.
