Very rarely does a property live up to the images seen online. And this house not only lived up to our expectations, but exceeded them. A beautiful, well maintained and well appointed home. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed opening the sliding glass walls of the living areas to enjoy the ocean breezes as well as the fountain (with koi pond) at the back of the house. There were five of us staying here and we never for a moment felt crowded or on top of each other. The views are spectacular and we spent many mornings with our coffee and evenings with cocktails soaking it all in. It is an easy, short walk to the shops and restaurants and the beach. We ate very well in Camps Bay. There is a property manager on site for any questions or problems which added a sense of comfort and security.

I can’t say enough good things about this listing. It’s amazing, a stunning architectural dream home. The house was designed to enjoy the breath taking views of Camps Bay with outside/inside living. The whole top floor of the house is where the living, dinning and kitchen is and is all glass, and opens up to the beautiful view. The lap pool is solar power heated and I enjoyed swimming in it every day. Downstairs are the beautiful master, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The master bathroom is gorgeous with floating walls of marble and glass. Both the master and 2nd bedrooms have sliding walls that open to patios providing each with stunning but completely private views of the mountains and water. Hillary was amazing to deal with, from allowing us to have extra bags and groceries delivered the night before we arrived (she did not have a guest that day in the house) to meeting us on Christmas Eve when we arrived to show us around the house and make sure we knew where everything was. She was also available during our entire stay and provided great recommendations for everything we asked about, from baby sitters to a driver to take us to the wine country. The housekeeper was very reliable, friendly and helpful (even asked us if we wanted her to do some laundry for us!) ALUN- from San Francisco. California .USA—January 2016
